"It has been trapped in the low-end market. When will domestic cars grow?" Ten years ago, when Li Yusheng came to Changan Automobile, he proposed that intelligent networking should be the direction of China automobile’s leapfrog development.
Immerse yourself in scientific research for 10 years. Now, Li Yusheng’s team has conquered more than 100 core technologies, developed the application functions of 16 typical scenarios such as intersection collision warning, and achieved mass production of more than 70 smart products. "In 2016, we completed the 2000-kilometer driverless test and set a Guinness record for 55 self-driving cars at the end of last year." Li Yusheng said that the technology of intelligent networked cars has gradually improved. It is expected that in 2025, completely driverless cars will be mass-produced.
"We have transformed from a traditional automobile manufacturing company to a smart travel technology company." Within Chang ‘an, the data of multiple departments are operated in a unified way, and all departments find and solve problems through data analysis. In the past two years, more than 100 problems have been discovered. After being solved by big data analysis, the related efficiency has increased by 30%.
"Through the Internet of Vehicles, we get big data and form customer group portraits on the basis of protecting personal privacy. Every month, we will form an operation report of user big data. " Li Yusheng said, for example, if some automobile functions are used frequently, the investment in R&D resources will increase accordingly. If the owners of each car have different travel habits, they can provide products and services in a targeted manner.
Not only Chang ‘an, Xiaokang, SAIC Hongyan and many other Chongqing car companies are also developing intelligent networked cars. According to reports, by 2022, the output of Chongqing intelligent networked vehicles will reach 1.2 million.

Mengxun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Nan ‘an District, Chongqing. On the production line, the inspection robot checks the pass, the qualified products pass directly, and the defective products are ejected one by one. Within 30 seconds, intelligent inspection will complete the inspection of a production line.
Intelligent storage can be realized in the material room, and one person can operate two devices, which can complete the workload of more than 10 people before.
Click on the big data system, and a series of information such as order status, inspection status, production progress, and qualified rate can be seen at a glance, and can be traced back at any time. Production data is generated in real time, and managers are aware of the factory situation.
In Liangjiang New District, smart factories also have models. Chongqing’s well-off industry, which started with a small workshop to produce springs, has built a new energy smart factory in Jin Kang.
"After five times of stamping, these steel plates are the side plates of a car body." Zhang Zhengping, CEO of Chongqing Jin Kang Sailisi Automobile Co., Ltd., said that the six-axis robot with a height of more than 3 meters grabbed the steel plate and put it on the assembly line, and the whole process did not need manual work.
At the outlet of the assembly line at the other end, the complete body side plates are output in turn, and the robot arm neatly puts them on the unmanned transport vehicle. Once the stacking is completed, the unmanned transport vehicle will be transported along the prescribed route. Workers only need to stand in front of the display screen with a walkie-talkie to monitor whether the relevant data is normal.
In the welding workshop, workers no longer carry heavy welding guns and wear thick protective clothing. There are more than 300 robots on this production line, and the workload is equivalent to 700&mdash in traditional factories; 900 professional welder.
"Electric welding is very professional. In the past, I had to rely on the experience of Lao shifu to judge whether it was virtual welding or whether the solder was insufficient. Now, the voltage and current of electric welding can be digitally monitored. " Zhang Zhengping said.
"The digital production of smart factories, reducing manpower is only one aspect. The most important thing is that machine production can standardize product quality. In this way, once there are good processes and standards, they can be quickly realized in smart factories. " Zhang Zhengping said.

Yu Yao recalled that when he first worked, most domestic industrial equipment still relied on imports from Europe and the United States, and domestic industrial products were simply unable to compete. Later, domestic industrial products began to go overseas and had a certain market share. In recent years, the quality and category of domestic industrial products have reached a great level, but "the fragrance of wine is also afraid of the depth of the alley."
"Going out is too difficult for SMEs." Yu Yao said with emotion that to open a channel abroad, to set up an office, you have to visit customers everywhere. It takes a lot of investment and a long period, so it is impossible for small and medium-sized enterprises to bear such a big cost. And if you find a middleman, the middleman can’t provide after-sales service.
Now, through the matching of big data platforms, many foreign enterprises that need to customize non-standard parts have found their own suppliers in China. "From high-end lathes and mechanical and electrical products to a roll of adhesive tape and a filter screen. There are standard parts and customized parts. There is a need in overseas markets, and our China industry can basically provide it. " Yu Wei said.
