Jianzhi telecom network fraud

Be greedy for quick money and willing to be an accomplice in telecom fraud

Sixteen employees of the boss were charged with the crime of illegally using information networks.

Called "Technology Company", it is actually an accomplice of telecom fraud. In a recent case handled by the Putuo District Procuratorate in Shanghai, programmer Wang recruited a team to set up a company to jointly develop a false gambling program, which was used by overseas gangs for telecom fraud. The Putuo District Procuratorate has successively prosecuted 16 people including Wang and his company employees. On November 8, Wang and 11 employees of his company (the other five have not yet been decided) were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from 11 months to two years and nine months by the court for illegally using information networks, and each was fined from 60,000 yuan to 700,000 yuan.

The temptation of part-time brushing

Bet principal has gone and never returned.

On October 6, 2020, Ms. Lu, who lives in Putuo District, Shanghai, was surfing the Internet at home. A netizen nicknamed "XX Express" requested to add her as a WeChat friend and noted that "the phone could not be reached". Ms. Lu thought that there might be a courier to deliver, and immediately passed the friend application. However, this netizen did not chat with her, but directly pulled Ms. Lu into a part-time WeChat group. Ms. Lu, who was originally interested in part-time jobs, observed in the group for a period of time and decided to add the QQ number published in the group to try it.

A few minutes later, Ms. Lu’s friend application was approved. The customer service said that this was an advance payment task. After paying the principal, she could earn a commission of 20% to 30% according to the teacher’s one-on-one guidance. At the same time, she sent an installation package of social apps. After that, under the guidance of the so-called teacher, Ms. Lu started her first brushing. She first registered an account on the App, bound a bank card, and then entered the exploration module "Gambling" page of the software to bet on 98 yuan. After the lottery, Ms. Lu’s account became 224 yuan, and the balance was successfully cashed out. The teacher told her that as long as she bets according to his requirements, she can still get the principal and commission back even if she loses.

In this way, Ms. Lu bet again and again under the guidance of the teacher, and the amount is getting bigger and bigger. After the sixth bet, she found that the balance in the account could not be withdrawn, while the teacher on the other side still asked her to continue to recharge the bet in the name of "withdrawing cash". After realizing that she was cheated, Ms. Lu reported the case to the public security organ. As of the time of the incident, Ms. Lu lost a total of more than 980,000 yuan.

Cross-border "cause"

Develop a fake gambling applet

After investigation, Ms. Lu entered a fake gambling applet, which was owned by overseas telecom fraud gangs, while the developer was a "technology company" with Wang as the head in China. What is the relationship between this technology company and overseas fraud gangs? How does this small program cheat?

It is understood that at the beginning of 2017, programmer Wang returned to his hometown from Shanghai. Because he was too old to find a job, he undertook the work of developing small programs at home. When helping a customer to do a beauty applet, Wang learned that an overseas company was looking for outsourcing to do small program development. Based on the principle of working, he contacted the docking person of the overseas company. During the conversation, he learned that the other party needs to develop a small program of gambling nature. After the evaluation, Wang felt that he could not do it alone, so he registered a company.

Recruit employees and lease office buildings.……The "second spring" of Wang’s career began. The legal representative of the company is Wang, who is responsible for contacting overseas and arranging work tasks. There are four departments, which are responsible for administration, development, testing and front-end.

According to the requirements of overseas companies, the gambling program developed by Wang’s company has the functions of betting and settlement, and also has the authority to manipulate the lottery results artificially. Customers can enter the gambling platform through the website, register their accounts and recharge, and then they can bet on a certain period. The betting results will be pushed to overseas companies, which will push the lottery results back to the gambling platform after the closing, and the gambling platform will calculate the players’ gains and losses according to this result.

Different from the "machine algorithm" used in normal gambling, the program developed by Wang uses a "false algorithm", that is, the program has the function of "predicting the lottery results in advance", and overseas companies can manually input the winning numbers and directly control the lottery results. In this way, players are bright and the platform is dark, and players’ money can continuously enter the pockets of overseas companies.

Illegal profits exceed 10 million

The boss and employees were prosecuted.

In order to avoid supervision, employees of the company are not allowed to use WeChat or QQ group to communicate. They all use overseas mobile phone flow cards and use VPN to log in to cross-platform instant messaging software for business contact. The employees of the company complete the development and testing of gambling programs in the form of home office.

This gambling program was later implanted into a variety of apps by overseas companies to implement telecom fraud. In January this year, 16 people, including Wang, were arrested by the public security organs. As of the time of the incident, Wang and his employees have obtained illegal income ranging from hundreds of thousands to more than one million yuan from overseas companies, and the gang has accumulated illegal income of more than 10 million yuan.

"I take risks in order to make money." After the case arrived, Wang confessed. Many employees of the company also admitted that there are obvious anomalies in the website’s operation mode, salary distribution way, work communication mode and specific content involved in development, and some website interface contents are clearly illegal and criminal. However, they are lucky enough to think that their work only involves front-end development, and they will not violate the law as long as they do not participate in specific fund settlement and follow-up operation and management of the website.

The prosecutor handling the case believes that the defendant Wang, knowing that the developed computer program is illegal, still profited by recruiting employees to jointly develop, operate and maintain the above computer program, and his behavior has been suspected of illegally using information networks. Wang’s employees know that the company is engaged in the development and operation of illegal gambling programs, and they continue to develop gambling programs, which is an accomplice. In June and July this year, the Putuo District Procuratorate successively prosecuted 16 people including Wang and his company employees.

Is it worth looking forward to the new Legend of the Condor Heroes?

Special feature of 1905 film network After waiting for many years, the new film was officially announced, and the cast was announced, playing Guo Jing and Huang Rong. The subtitle of the film title, "The Great Chivalrous Man", is taken from Mr. Jin Yong’s original "The Condor Heroes", "The Great Chivalrous Man is for the country and the people".

It can be seen from the publicity of the project initiated by the State Film Bureau that the film tells the story of the Mongolian army, under the leadership of Genghis Khan, going west to destroy the gold, and trying to destroy the Song Dynasty. Among them, the masters of various martial arts schools in the Central Plains scuffled, with Guo Jing as the representative, who was the greatest chivalrous man, for the country and the people, assembled the strength of the Central Plains martial arts and defended Xiangyang. From this point of view, the film may focus on the novel.the legend of the condor heroesThe story in the middle and late period, in the martial arts.rivers and lakesChina, against foreign enemies.

As the director who knows the Jianghu best in everyone’s eyes, when he meets Jin Yong’s novels, it may make people think of the Dong Fangbubai of the Swordsman. Although there were theoretical contradictions at that time, Jin Yong was still willing to give the copyright of The Condor Heroes to Director Tsui Hark and planned to build a trilogy.

2024 is the 100th anniversary of Jin Yong’s birth. Perhaps Tsui Hark has "The Legend of the Condor Heroes: The Great Man" and will give a good answer.

01.

The feud between Tsui Hark and Jin Yong has always been mentioned by many people and they can’t help feeling deeply. Many people who know Jin Yong know that Mr. Jin Yong was very angry after watching the film "Dong Fangbubai of the Swordsman" directed by Tsui Hark, and even made a big speech, and his works will never be handed over to Tsui Hark for shooting!

As we all know, although Dong Fangbubai is a classic, it is far from the original expression. Dong Fangbubai himself is a male, and eventually became a hermaphrodite because of practicing "Sunflower Collection". However, in Dong Fangbubai, Dong Fangbubai is not only transsexual, but also falls in love with Ling Huchong.

This feud has been accumulated for more than ten years, until later when Jin Yong was interviewed, he bluntly said, "Change Dong Fangbubai from a man to a woman and play it with a woman, and a man’s transsexuality will change in personality. This process is slow, complicated, changeable and process-oriented. It is involuntary, not as simple as it is in the movie."

Jin Yong, who once said that "friends can do it, cooperation is out of the question", finally let go of this grudge.

At the Shanghai International Film Festival in June 2018, Lechuang Entertainment announced at the Shanghai International Film Festival that the trilogy of "The Condor Heroes" series was fully launched and was decided to be directed by Tsui Hark. Even at the event at that time, Zhang Zhao, then CEO of Lechuang Entertainment, once said that Tsui Hark’s trilogy "The Condor Heroes" no longer paid attention to the couple, but "mainly talked about how this sculpture inspired us to rise."

It’s just that the follow-up of this trilogy has not been finalized. At the end of the same year, Mr. Jin Yong’s death left many regrets.

Later, there were many rumors, true or false, about the casting of The Condor Heroes, but Tsui Hark mentioned in an interview that it was a work that had a profound influence on his childhood, hoping to shoot it as well as possible.

Now, the story of Little Dragon Girl and Yang Guo may be put on hold for the time being, and Guo Jing and Huang Rong, the former historians, took the lead in putting it on the trip. Tsui Hark has a brand-new interpretation of Jin Yong’s story.

02.

In the past few years, Tsui Hark has been busy with the film series. The last time he filmed a costume martial arts movie, it was in 2018, and even for a long time afterwards, no matter whether it was produced by Tsui Hark or the Chinese film industry, few martial arts movies appeared.

Nowadays, the director who is best at shooting martial arts movies in the eyes of the public has chosen to remake The Legend of the Condor Heroes, which can be described as a real "mountain"!

What is martial arts?In Tsui Hark’s eyes, "the martial arts world is very free. We can solve the unfair situation according to our personal sense of justice and expose the strange phenomenon to the truth behind it with our own skills. These things are all possibilities that we present to the audience in the martial arts world."

Perhaps this has something to do with Tsui Hark’s growing up. As a child, he moved to China and Hong Kong with his family because of the Vietnam war. After finishing high school, he went to the United States to study movies. For a long memory of his youth, "chaos" has always been the key word.

In most of his films, the story background mostly happened in the war years — — Xinlongmen Inn and flying swords of dragon gateIt was the Ming dynasty when Dongchang was authoritarian.Huang Feihong. It was a turbulent time in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China.Peking opera blues. Is a warlord melee during the Republic of China, "DERenjieSeries is a period of power turmoil in the Tang Dynasty … … Not to mention latertaking tiger mountain by strategyAnd The Battle at Lake Changjin series.

As we all know, The Legend of the Condor Heroes is based on the confrontation between Song, Jin and Mongolia, and it is a guardian of the country outside the rivers and lakes. Especially at present, the synopsis revealed by the film is more settled in Guo Jing guarding Xiangyang City, or in the last few chapters of the original "Legend of the Condor Heroes".This story can naturally give Tsui Hark a lot of room to play.

If we say that before "Taking Tiger Mountain Outward", Tsui Hark’s creation only used actions and emotions between people to drive the plot.

Then, after the creation of several recent works, the dramatic conflicts in Tsui Hark’s films are not only the chivalrous feelings arising from the struggle between heroes and villains, but also the feelings of home and country.

03.

Fighting is the key to martial arts movies. In Tsui Hark’s martial arts movies, the most important person is. Especially, Ghost Story, the legendary swordsman and Xinlongmen Inn are almost complementary to each other, and their works only emphasize the car-scrapping of movements, and more highlight the atmosphere of freehand brushwork, just like dancing.

In Cheng Xiaodong’s previous film Zhu Xian 1, which was co-produced with Sean Xiao, it was well presented. Although there is no behind-the-scenes team lineup such as official propaganda and action guidance, these connections may be enough to look forward to.

Of course, Tsui Hark also has more realistic works such as "Huang Feihong" series, but after careful watching, the martial arts scenes of these works are still more dynamic, more skillful in action, and more gorgeous and beautiful in perception.

The support of these styles in the past can’t help but make the public look forward to it. How will Tsui Hark present Guo Jing’s eighteen palms?

In fact, compared with the display of the Eighteen Dragons, for Tsui Hark, who prefers weapon design, Huang Rong’s "dog stick" may be more likely to happen, and it can also display the "Machamp’s chaos" of "Seo Lao Guai".

In the genealogy of Tsui Hark’s works, weapons are the reflection of the spiritual world of the characters. Especially in the movies, the seven swords correspond to the respective personalities of the seven swordsmen.

In the novel, "dog stick" represents the power of beggars’ gangs. At first, it means that beggars are often attacked by vicious dogs, and this stick is a self-defense tool. This meaning is put in troubled times, it is to fight the wicked in troubled times and clear the "bad dog" in the home.

Perhaps, beautiful fighting and more weapons that can be used have the opportunity to make the story of The Legend of the Condor Heroes: The Great Man of chivalry develop in a lot of space.

Interpreting Jin Yong from another angle and talking about this story in Tsui Hark’s way is bound to be the biggest attraction of The Legend of the Condor Heroes: The Great Man. After all, in Tsui Hark’s lens, actors will become his interpretation tools, and actors will only become surprises in the story, and Tsui Hark will always see the side of actors that ordinary people can’t see.

In any case, The Legend of the Condor Heroes: The Great Man of chivalry has just been officially announced, and what kind of story will be presented by the "Xu Laoguai" will never be known until it is released in the movie.

Interview with Ding Yongdai | From a generation of bandits to the national father, he circled by role.

Special feature of 1905 film network In 2023, he won the Magnolia Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Central Zhou Zhigang. The "old father" holding the trophy on the stage was filled with emotion, and several "Zhou family members" witnessed this glorious and warm moment together at the scene — — This makes the audience seem to be instantly pulled back to the northeast of the last century, which is not spacious, but always steaming and full of home flavor.

When the battle for the best supporting actor in the "Magnolia" was fierce, Ding Yongdai admitted that he didn’t want to win the prize. However, the netizens in the comment area unanimously gave a "deserved" evaluation, and some even left a message saying: You should have taken it long ago!

Recently, Ding Yongdai has become a new "national father" in the minds of many audiences because of his roles in The World, Coming from South to North and other works.

Before these "explosive dramas", he was also an "emperor expert" in nirvana in fire and Changfengdu, and the wicked Bai Baoshan who left a "psychological shadow" on many people.

In an exclusive interview with Film Network in 1905, faced with honors and praises, Ding Yongdai modestly attributed these to the help and good luck of people around him, but he laughed and said that he was "dissatisfied". In the face of every role and opportunity, Ding Yongdai still holds the momentum and sense of crisis of stepping out of the comfort zone.

Compared with being a "anchor needle" in a play, he feels that he should be a "pin" in more works in the future, not missing every good role and worthy of the recognition of the audience.

Actor Ding Yongdai accepted an exclusive interview with 1905 Film Network.

one

The new "national father"

In "Going South and Going North", the character Ma Kui became a "difficult-to-understand" who earned everyone’s tears by sacrificing the ending. "As an audience, I also think this is a bit’ tough’." Ding Yongdai said, "But isn’t this the profession of police? In peacetime, they are the people closest to danger. I think this is what the teacher wants to express. "

Ding Yongdai is very grateful to the director and screenwriter for giving him a chance to experience and shape a police role that is close to reality and different from the past. Although Ma Kui also has many shortcomings — — Complaining, impatient and abusive, he is undoubtedly a railway policeman who is full of responsibility, devoted to his work and full of love.

It’s not just Marquis. Ding Yongdai has also become a new "national father" in the hearts of many audiences, especially young audiences, including his recent interpretation in such big-bang works as "In the World".

This title makes him nervous, but Ding Yongdai is very happy, and more and more young people are willing to learn about our parents through chronological dramas. As an actor, we need to show our predecessors better through performances, which is also a kind of inheritance.

"After I played these fathers, many young people left messages,’ You are too much like my father’ and’ I think of my father when I look at your play now’." Every time I read these, Ding Yongdai always felt quite touched. "I can feel that children nowadays may be a little lonely. Now people may have less living atmosphere like in the past, but they may be a little envious, which is part of the reason why chronological dramas are now accepted and even welcomed.

For Ding Yongdai, it is not difficult to find the traces of these fathers’ lives and condense them into their own performances. "I have experienced that era, so I fully understand that generation of fathers." He recalled getting along with his father when he was a child. "When I was young, my father was an engineer and he was not with me all the year round. But when I was a child, I was different from these children in the play. I was very happy at that time. I was very free when he was not at home. When my father came back, he was very stiff. "

But when he became a father himself, Ding Yongdai began to understand the silent and indebted love in "In the World" and "Going South and North". "I think they are still far away from me and much greater than me." He said with a smile, "Zhou Zhigang and Ma Kui’s generation are a great love, but our present situation is sometimes smaller."

Actor’s road

Ding Yongdai has long been used to performing on the stage. When I was a child, my mother, who was a teacher, would take him to movies and plays whenever she had time. On weekends, the curtain will be raised at home, and he and his sister will prepare programs and performances for uncles and aunts who come to visit according to their mother’s arrangement and requirements in advance. "That’s how I played it." Ding Yongdai said with a smile that his mother’s interest in art has deeply influenced him.

Later, Ding Yongdai occasionally got some opportunities to get in touch with performances at school. In the second year of junior high school, he was selected by Inner Mongolia Opera Troupe to play a minority boy. When the school propaganda team rehearses the dance, Ding Yongdai is always asked by the teacher to attend.

At that time, Ding Yongdai had not really realized what acting meant to him. He first became a worker, but the seed he had planted in his childhood always reminded him repeatedly in the most difficult time — — "At that time, you often associate your destiny with someone in movies and plays. It has inspired you countless times, and you will often have such and such assumptions. This has also become the driving force for me to choose this career later. "

Going around, the first batch of art colleges resumed enrollment. The teacher of Inner Mongolia Opera Troupe, who had invited Ding Yongdai to perform, found him again and encouraged him to take the exam. Although my father hoped that he could follow in his father’s footsteps and complete the career planning of science and engineering, with the full support of his mother, Ding Yongdai returned to his yearning artistic career.

Later, with the blessing of Bole’s teacher and Good Luck, Ding Yongdai had more opportunities to perform and gradually became the protagonist on the stage.

Actors have no "comfort zone"

Several roles have been recognized in succession, and historical and chronological dramas seem to have entered Ding Yongdai’s performance "comfort zone", but he never dared to make himself feel comfortable. Life experience and accumulation enable him to control these roles and find the most accurate expression as much as possible. As an actor, Ding Yongdai hopes to perform different characteristics for each character.

"This is what professional actors should do. Of course, I can also’ lie flat’, how comfortable it is, but it is the same, which is irresponsible to the audience. "

At the age of 62, Ding Yongdai received the most challenging "task" in his career, playing Marshal Peng Dehuai in the film. Faced with such a great figure, he and the creative team hope to present a civilian, life-like and flesh-and-blood image.

To this end, Ding Yongdai not only thickened his teeth and lips in appearance, but also returned to a more ontological and life-oriented perspective to find and feel the characters — — For example, in order to restore the most natural walking form, Ding Yongdai walked around the community every night for a while. "Many people later asked me, Teacher Ding, what are you doing at night?" .

Before shooting, he still thought repeatedly, if I were an audience, would I like the actors to act like this? Is it acceptable? "We advocate heroes, and the general audience needs to admire themselves. I can feel it. The responsibility is great, and there is no reason not to do it well. "

In a previous recording, the host asked the audience if they knew the actor Ding Yongdai, and more people were familiar with the role than himself. Even recently, in the discussion of dramas such as "In the World" and "Going North and South", there are still many people who are obsessed with the classic image he created in the past.

Ding Yongdai said with a smile, as an audience, I will "n brush" the dramas I have participated in. The sparks from the impromptu collision with the opponent actors are still impressive. For example, filming "nirvana in fire", driven by the performance, Emperor Liang’s emotions are out of control. There is "In the World", the last moment of Zhou Zhigang’s life and the tender moments of his children.

But what he watched the most was "The End of the Road 1997" ("China Criminal Investigation No.1 Case"). Ding Yongdai, whose original appearance didn’t conform to the prototype, won the role by virtue of her ruthless temperament. After playing this "felon" for a long time, as soon as he went to the street, someone would chase him and call him "Bai Baoshan". It is this role that has influenced his performance style and made Ding Yongdai truly feel the meaning and happiness as an actor.

Recognition and sense of crisis

In 2023, Ding Yongdai won the "Magnolia Award" for Best Supporting Actor with his performance in "In the World" that touched countless audiences. Although in the face of honor and praise, he is always used to modestly attributing "winning" to the help and luck of people around him, in the eyes of many audiences, Ding Yongdai’s trophy is not only deserved, but also made them look forward to it for a long time.

Ding Yongdai said frankly that when he was young, he would have a stronger desire for fame and fortune. "I want an award and a play, and I always hope to be different overnight." But as we get older, these things gradually become less important. As an actor, happiness begins to come from the role, whether you are remembered or not.

"Still has something to do with the work. At that time, my own skills and so on have not yet arrived. Actors, some people may become famous overnight, and some people have been unknown all their lives. Let nature take its course, and when it comes, everyone may remember you. "

Nowadays, with more and more explosive works and roles, Ding Yongdai has obviously become a quality actor recognized by the audience. The wonderful performance dedicated in recent works has made many people praise him as the "anchor of the sea" in the crew.

But he still has a lot of "dissatisfaction" with himself. In Ding Yongdai’s view, he is a "stupid actor". Compared with the enviable aura of some actors, his thoughts and feelings about performance always need to be shown by slowly pondering the characters.

At the same time, Ding Yongdai always has a sense of crisis. At present, the source of this sense of crisis is "cruel time". "I used to play young people every day. In 1996, I played" Tuodao ",and I started playing at the age of 15; In 1998, when I filmed "The Ballad of War", my role was only 18 years old. Today, I can only play grandpa and dad. "

This time, Ma Kui has a lot of action scenes that need to be done by the actors themselves. "If you can’t reach it, you can’t play this character." Ding Yongdai hopes that he can always keep the performance required and never miss every opportunity and role.

Compared with "fixing the sea needle", he felt that it was enough to be a "pin": "Hold down the work and let the young people draw the latest and most beautiful pictures on it."

In order to love coming to China, Professor Yang used "biological doctors" to save abandoned mines.

Austin Battersea Stehelin was awarded the 2019 China Government Friendship Award (photo courtesy of the respondent).

On the afternoon of September 30th, the awarding ceremony of 2019 China Government Friendship Award was held in the Great Hall of the People. According to the news released by the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province, a total of seven foreign high-end experts were selected in Guangdong this time, and the number of selected experts was the highest in the past years. Among the seven experts, there is Christian Balthasar Staehelin, a full-time professor of Sun Yat-sen University, an academic leader of the State Key Laboratory of Pest Control and Resource Utilization, who is committed to studying plant genetic resources and genetic improvement.

Fourteen years ago, the Swiss Austin Battersea Stehelin and his wife Xie Zhiping from China traveled across the ocean to the School of Life Sciences of Sun Yat-sen University, bringing the international cutting-edge biological nitrogen fixation technology.

They provided more than 100 valuable rhizobia germplasm resources to China free of charge, uncovered the "language code" between these microorganisms and leguminous plants, created a "vanguard" of microorganisms and leguminous plants for soil remediation, and used green methods to make polluted mines return to green mountains.

Recently, the reporter interviewed the couple exclusively and listened to their stories about Professor Yang’s feelings in China.

  A

Bring cutting-edge technology and valuable strains.

Nitrogen is one of the essential nutrients for plant growth. There is nearly 80% nitrogen in the atmosphere on the earth’s surface, but plants can’t absorb it directly from the air. At present, industrial chemical fertilizer is the most common nitrogen fixation method. However, only one-third of the nitrogen in chemical fertilizer can be absorbed by plants, and the remaining two-thirds remain in nature, causing problems such as soil hardening, water pollution, eutrophication of water bodies and increase of greenhouse gases.

Is there a more environmentally friendly way to make plants thrive? Austin Battersea Stehelin spent 30 years studying a group of microorganisms called rhizobia.

In China, this Swiss professor has a kind name — — "Old history". Walking into the plant room of the laboratory and picking up a Japanese lotus root, Lao Shi excitedly pointed to the tumors the size of rice grains between the plant roots in the culture solution and said, "Look, this is the nodule."

The mystery of plant growth lies in these small "rice grains".

When the right rhizobia meet the right plants, they can "talk" and coexist — — Rhizobia absorb nitrogen from the air and provide it to plants, and plants provide carbohydrates for rhizobia.

Once their "language code" is cracked, Lao Shi can accurately select rhizobia according to the needs of different plants and fix the nitrogen in the air on the roots of plants. Almost all of the nitrogen fixed by nodules will be absorbed by plants. In this way, no matter how harsh the environment is, as long as there is air, plants can thrive. This is the secret of biological nitrogen fixation.

It is not easy to find the right rhizobia. Lao Shi told reporters that in the current research, rhizobia can only interact with leguminous plants, and the bacteria that can successfully form nodules are even rarer. In China, this research is still very unpopular because of the high technical threshold and difficult strain screening.

In 2005, the old Shi Xuan and his wife Xie Zhiping, who are well-known in the international biological nitrogen fixation academic circles, both came to China to teach at Sun Yat-sen University. At the same time, he put his years of research efforts — — More than 100 rhizobia germplasm resources and effective technology for extracting nodulation factors were provided to China free of charge.

The broad-spectrum rhizobia 234 brought by him has been used as the "standard/control" bacteria for scientific research by many domestic research institutions, and the nodulation factor extracted has also been used as the "key" scientific research element for many scientific research institutions. He brought the latest scientific research ideas to China, which opened up a new prospect of nitrogen-fixing scientific research in China, and was recommended as the project leader of the National Key Basic Research Development Plan (973 Plan) (Molecular Mechanism of Nitrogen-fixing Nodules in Leguminosae Plants).

  B

Couples work together to study soil pollution remediation.

Basic research is very boring. This bench has been used by Lao Shi for 30 years, and nearly half of the time has been spent in China.

"He likes doing scientific research and can sit still in the laboratory." Xie Zhiping, the wife of Lao Shi and an associate professor at the School of Life Sciences of Sun Yat-sen University, laughed.

The love story between Lao Shi and Xie Zhiping is romantic in the ordinary. Xie Zhiping is a native of Guangzhou. She studied in Guangdong Experimental Middle School in middle school and graduated from Sun Yat-sen University. She studied for a master’s degree and a doctor’s degree in university of basel, the oldest Swiss city, and got to know the old history. After graduating from Ph.D., Lao Shi went to the French National Academy of Sciences for postdoctoral research, and then returned to work at the University of Geneva.

In a foreign country, Xie Zhi often misses his hometown. She proposed that she wanted to return to China and her alma mater, Sun Yat-sen University. "Guangzhou is your home, that is my home, let’s go together!" Lao Shi said.

In 2005, "Professor Yang" really came. Xie Zhiping told reporters that at that time, there were very few western scientists introduced in China, and Lao Shi was the first full-time foreign professor introduced by Sun Yat-sen University.

Fourteen years ago, domestic scientific research conditions could not be compared with those in Europe at that time. At that time, Guangzhou University Town had just been completed, and the hot summer in Lingnan made it difficult for the old history who grew up in Europe to adapt. Air conditioning became his "life-saving straw".

Back in the lab, everything started from scratch. Mr. and Mrs. Lao Shi took the students to design their own molds for cultivating plants and build greenhouses.

"Before coming to China, many people told me that China was too far away. But in my research world, China’s laboratory is no different from foreign laboratories. " Lao Shi told reporters. With the support of Sun Yat-sen University, the laboratory gradually took shape, and an interdisciplinary research team including botany, microbiology, biochemistry and molecular biology was established. Lao Shi also instructed team members to publish more than 50 high-level papers in international academic journals.

"We like nature very much and hope to do something when we see that the environment is polluted." Lao Shi said.

To this end, the couple often take their students to collect soil samples in the wild, and go wherever they are "dirty". The reporter saw that there were polluted river sludge, extremely acidic polluted mineral soil, extremely salty sea sand and barren desert soil in the laboratory. They used these soils, added rhizobia, planted all kinds of leguminous plants, and explored the interaction between rhizobia and rice, corn and other crops to meet the needs of various soils and even sewage treatment.

  C

Willing to contribute to environmental protection in China.

According to Lao Shi, every tiny nodule is a natural "garbage disposal plant" and "microbial hospital". Some rhizobia can absorb heavy metals in polluted soil; Some can fix nitrogen in nutrient-free soil to promote plant growth.

Three years ago, with the full support of Sun Yat-sen University and Kangtai Minsheng Environmental Science Research Institute, Lao Shi and his wife chose a 30-mu abandoned rare earth mining area in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province to carry out soil remediation experiments. It was a devastated piece of rare earth tailings. Rare earth mining seriously damaged the original ecology of the mine, resulting in soil erosion, serious pollution of downstream rivers and lakes and groundwater, and deterioration of the ecological environment. The strong acid soaking in the process of rare earth mining almost made this land lose its vitality — — The soil desertification is serious and extremely barren, the ability of water and fertilizer conservation is poor, the organic matter and other soil essential elements are lacking, and the soil microbial diversity is seriously damaged.

"Almost no plants can grow in such bad soil." This is the first impression left by the field trip to the couple.

The local people tried to repair it. They used the most primitive "alien soil method". They transported good soil from other places to cover the polluted soil with a thickness of about 30 cm, and then planted plants. This method treats the symptoms rather than the root cause. After the restoration, the first batch of plants are planted and die soon, and then they are planted again, and so on. The cost of repairing an acre of land alone will cost tens of thousands of yuan.

Mr. and Mrs. Lao Shi did an experiment with biological nitrogen fixation: Stylosanthes leguminosa was planted here as a "pioneer" and supplemented with corresponding rhizobia to "cure the disease" for this soil. What is the actual effect? Three years later, Lao Shi went to see it again. Not only did Stylosanthes grow lush, but the pine trees originally planted here also survived, growing four or five meters high. "With the joint action of rhizobia and nitrogen-fixing plants, this soil has returned to health and other plants can grow well."

Now, Lao Shi and his team have chosen a new pilot and brought this "vanguard" to Dabaoshan Mine in Shaoguan, Guangdong Province, to pilot soil remediation. Xie Zhiping told reporters that they are still trying to purify sewage with rhizobia and leguminous plants in the laboratory. "Sewage is actually eutrophic. Leguminous plants with rhizobia can absorb nutrients and toxic molecules in sewage. Once the plants are pulled out, the water will be clearer."

Scientists have no borders, and scientific research never stops. Living in China for 14 years has turned Lao Shi from a foreigner who is afraid of heat into a "Guangzhou son-in-law" who can speak a few Cantonese. More and more, he found that his research is very useful for China, especially for environmental governance.

"The ultimate goal of scientific research is to serve the society." Lao Shi often warns students, "Do scientific research well, you can’t waste taxpayers’ money, you must give back to the society."

"We don’t want to just put knowledge in the laboratory. We have the responsibility and obligation to make some contributions to China and human society." He said.

After winning the Friendship Award this time, Lao Shi said: "It is a great honor to be awarded the Friendship Award of the China Municipal Government. I will continue to make efforts to contribute to the green mountains and green hills of China." (Yangcheng Evening News reporter Zhang Luyao)

How much of the ever-growing list of "subscription numbers" are you forced to pay attention to?

Emotional kidnapping, service congestion, scheming and indulging … … In the daily scene of compulsory attention to WeChat official account after scanning the QR code, there is a logic that "you can’t XX without paying attention".

Pink-up has formed an industrial chain. On a variety of pink-up platforms, some weighing scale fans only need 7 cents each, and 3,000 pieces will be sold, with large quantities and discounts.

Compulsory attention to WeChat official account to earn traffic is only the first step, and other profitable behaviors such as taking personal information and accurately pushing advertisements will follow.

"Are you there? Vote for me?" Click on the link sent by relatives and friends, but I want to enter the voting channel only to find that I should pay attention to WeChat official account first; When I came to the door of the pharmacy, a small line appeared on the weighing scale, which was intended to help customers understand the basic health conditions such as height and weight: "Scan the QR code and you can use it"; I plan to drive away from the garage after shopping, but I don’t care that WeChat official account can’t continue to pay the fee … … In the scanning code again and again in daily life scenes, the list of "subscription numbers" of mobile phones becomes longer and longer.

Pay, add friends and get information … … With the rapid development of Internet and mobile payment, the operation of "scanning QR code" is becoming more and more popular, which brings a lot of convenience to people. However, at the moment of chasing users’ attention, it is not uncommon to force attention to WeChat official account after scanning the QR code. Stranger still, the WeChat official account may have nothing to do with the user’s ongoing activities.

Why can’t we "bypass" WeChat official account? The reporter’s investigation found that there is a hidden gold chain behind it.

  Hit Xu Juntu/this magazine

Do everything possible just to attract attention

Use WIFI in public places, and use coupons for hotel bills … … There is a logic that "you can’t do XX without paying attention" in many scenes of compulsory attention to WeChat official account. The reporter combed and found that the reasons for pushing people to submit can be subdivided into three categories:

Emotional "kidnapping" type WeChat official account used the interpersonal network of the direct participants to "escort" with feelings, and distributed the task of paying attention to WeChat official account as an adjunct to voting and helping others.

White-collar Ling Lu inadvertently cleaned up WeChat and found that less than half of the "subscription numbers" were what he really wanted to pay attention to. "The most common situation is voting. You must first pay attention to WeChat official account, the sponsor of the voting." Ling Lu said that due to family ties and friendship, I can’t help but vote. Sometimes I forget to cancel my attention after voting, and I have saved so much unconsciously.

Service "jam" type. The public company cooperates with the merchants to take "paying attention to the public company" as a compulsory channel for users to complete services and attract traffic.

When Cheng Xiaoqi, a citizen of Nanchang, Jiangxi, recently parked in the underground garage of a large shopping mall, he was asked to pay attention to a WeChat official account named "Stop on time" with WeChat. When asked whether direct payment could be made without paying attention to WeChat official account, the staff said no. Cheng Xiaoqi questioned: "What can be solved by scanning a receipt code? Why do I have to pay attention to WeChat official account?"

Click "Stop on time", and the main body of this account is Jiangxi Yixing Intelligent Parking Management Co., Ltd. The reporter called the company’s customer service, and the other party said that the cooperation between WeChat official account and the parking lot would require the parking lot to guide users to pay fees through the platform, which was a business model, and he was concerned that WeChat official account "would not bring any losses to car owners". When the reporter further confirmed that "I don’t care if I can’t pay for leaving", the customer service first said that there is another QR code that can pay directly. After the reporter said that he didn’t see the QR code in the relevant parking lot, the customer service also called "it depends on the parking lot".

The "inducement" type. The public party, that is, the service provider, defaults to the platform as the "necessary carrier" for using services and offers to guide attention, which is more concealed.

Nowadays, when you go to a restaurant to spend money, some restaurants no longer provide paper menus. The waiter will remind customers to order through the QR code posted on the corner of the table. And many ordering QR codes ambush a "careful machine": only when you pay attention to the WeChat WeChat official account of the store can you order food; Linking attention to WeChat official account with preferential activities has become one of the means for most "no paper menu" hotels to retain guests.

"weighing scale fans" are 70 cents each.

In the Internet age, fans mean value. It is WeChat official account’s desire to "suck gold" after rising in powder, which triggered a series of operations to pay compulsory attention to WeChat official account.

Mr. Zhang is the head of an operation in WeChat official account, where a single tweet has been read more than 100,000 times. He revealed to reporters that the current cost of acquiring a fan through official channels is around 5 yuan to 10 yuan. Because of the high cost of obtaining customers, only WeChat official account, a capital-rich head, can afford it, and most WeChat official account can only choose unofficial channels to raise money at the initial stage.

Search for "WeChat official account Pink" in Baidu, and a variety of pink platforms will come into view. Industry insiders told reporters that at present, Fanfen has formed an industrial chain. The accuracy of fans, the richness of equipment channels and the professionalism of customized solutions have become the main means for platforms to compete for customers’ competitiveness, and compulsory attention has become the main means for platform offline customers.

The reporter investigated a powder-increasing platform that mainly helps customers realize their demand for powder-increasing through offline equipment, and found that there are many offline scenes promoted on its corporate homepage, including weighing scale, doll machine, shared charging treasure, vending machine, hospital equipment powder-increasing, karaoke powder-increasing, WIFI powder-increasing, etc. There are also differences in retention rate, age group and price among different channels.

For example, if the hospital equipment is powdered, users can pay attention to WeChat official account to receive environmental protection bags or medical records for free by scanning the code in the hospital. The retention rate of fans in this scene is 60% to 80% of that day, and the age group is 18 to 45 years old; The doll machine adds powder by inducing users to scan the code to pay attention to WeChat official account’s voucher collection. The retention rate of fans is 60% to 80%, and the age group is 18 to 35 years old.

"This company is well-known in the industry and has offline equipment all over the country. Because the equipment is laid directly offline, the customer’s cost of obtaining customers is relatively low. The cheapest weighing scale fans only need 7 cents each, and 3,000 are sold, with a large quantity and a discount. " Sales staff said that many so-called powder-increasing platforms on the Internet actually don’t have the ability to get customers offline, and most of them cooperate with first-hand customer-obtaining platforms like them to earn the middle price difference by being a "profiteer".

Another powder-raising platform has only three ways of powder-raising: paper towel machine, weighing scale and WIFI. The price of powder-raising package in weighing scale is: 1,000 fans 900 yuan, 4,000 yuan for 5,000 fans and 7,000 yuan for 10,000 fans. The prominent position of its homepage is also straightforward, indicating that the number of customers served has exceeded 25,000, with a cumulative increase of 90 million, and the amount of powder increased by more than 120,000 that day.

  Seemingly voluntary, but actually compulsory.

Is there any infringement in WeChat official account’s behavior when he is forced to pay attention to "no consultation"? According to the experts interviewed, under the premise of consumption, it is a kind of "voluntary in form and compulsory in essence" for merchants to force consumers to pay attention to WeChat official account.

"You must scan the code to pay attention to WeChat official account to order food, which is suspected of infringing on consumers’ right to choose independently." Gu Zhiming, Secretary-General of Jiangxi Consumer Protection Committee, said that Article 26 of the Consumer Protection Law stipulates that operators shall not exclude or restrict consumers’ rights, reduce or exempt operators’ responsibilities, increase consumers’ responsibilities and other unfair and unreasonable provisions to consumers by means of format clauses, notices, statements and shop notices, and shall not use format clauses and technical means to force transactions. Format clauses, notices, statements, shop notices, etc. contain the contents listed in the preceding paragraph, and their contents are invalid.

What’s more, according to industry insiders, the ultimate goal of business promotion is to turn online traffic into offline revenue. It is only the first step to pay compulsory attention to WeChat official account to earn user traffic, and other profitable behaviors such as obtaining personal information and accurately pushing advertisements will follow.

Zeng Yue, a lawyer of Jiangxi Qiuzheng Ward Law Firm, said that when WeChat users pay attention to WeChat official account, they will often receive a prompt that "WeChat official account has applied for your WeChat avatar, nickname, region and gender information". If they don’t click "allow", they will not be able to pay attention and get the services provided by WeChat official account. There is also the risk of revealing personal information for WeChat users, especially the elderly who are not very likely to use mobile phones to surf the Internet.

"The original intention of QR code is to make life more convenient, but it is mandatory to pay attention to what WeChat official account can consume ‘ Additional terms ’ To a certain extent, it also excludes the consumption rights of non-netizen groups. " Ruan Xinyi, a lawyer of Shanghai Jintiancheng (Nanchang) Law Firm, said that in the context of Internet consumption becoming a general trend, it is the only way to win the support of consumers to advocate businesses to simplify operating procedures while providing high-quality Internet products or services, to exercise their rights to the minimum extent and to protect the rights of network users to the maximum extent. I just want to cry! Cycling retrograde, the young man answers the reason of emotional breakdown online.

CCTV News:Not long ago (March 25), the traffic police in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province stopped a young man who was riding a retrograde bicycle while investigating traffic violations. Who knows, the young man suddenly collapsed after making a phone call.

Fu Chaogang, police officer of Hangzhou Traffic Police Culture and Education Squadron: "His mood was relatively calm at first, and then he took a phone call. After answering the phone, his mood suddenly came out of generate."

A young man riding a retrograde bike: "I’m really sorry. It’s the first time I’ve done this kind of thing. I’ve been urging me to leave quickly. I have something to do when I go back after working overtime. Please, let me do anything. Please, I will pay the fine, and I can give you my ID card. I beg you to let me go. I dare not, I am bored, I don’t want it. "

Fu Chaogang, police officer of Hangzhou Traffic Police Culture and Education Squadron: "This young man gave a cry and ran to the bridge. Our first reaction was whether this young man had any suicidal thoughts. We immediately ran over and stopped him."

  (people’s) police/policeman: "calm down, it’s nothing."

A young man riding a retrograde bikeI’m crazy. I’m under great pressure. I work overtime until eleven or twelve every day. My girlfriend didn’t bring the key and asked me to send it. I really don’t want to do this.

(people’s) police/policeman: "Here’s your ID card. Would you hurry to deliver the key?"

A young man riding a retrograde bike"I don’t, I just want to cry."

Policeman: "Where do you work? It’s okay for you to vent. We can all watch over you. You are stressed and normal. It’s okay to vent. If you vent normally, you can cry if you want. "

Fu Chaogang, police officer of Hangzhou Traffic Police Culture and Education SquadronAfter listening to what he told us, I put myself in another’s shoes. Now many people in society are under great pressure, and it is inevitable that their emotions will get out of control. Therefore, we want to sit on the ground and communicate with him intimately, and listen to him tell his own things like friends. I think this will make him feel much better. "

(people’s) police/policeman: "The most important thing is to adjust yourself. If you feel tired, take time off. Isn’t going to work for your own life?"

A young man riding a retrograde bike: "Go to work, I’m sorry for you. If it weren’t for you, I’d really feel bad. I really need to vent."

After the persuasion and companionship of the traffic police, the young man’s mood slowly calmed down and accepted the punishment of the traffic police.

Auxiliary Police: "Put your ID card in your pocket first, and then don’t drop it. It will be very troublesome to make it up."

A young man riding a retrograde bike: "Thank you for stopping my car."

Auxiliary Police: "Sit here and have a rest first."

A young man riding a retrograde bike: "I’m sorry, I usually hate others retrograde. I really can’t help it today. I am urging here and urging there. I originally wanted to go there. "

Auxiliary Police: "If you are tired, please take a vacation and have a rest. People should combine work and rest, grasp it well and pay attention to safety."

Young man answers the reason of emotional breakdown online

After this incident was fermented on the Internet, it triggered a heated discussion among netizens. Many people said that they can understand the young man’s feelings. What was the situation at that time that led to such a big mood fluctuation of the young man?

After the incident, the young man who rode retrograde answered the reason for his emotional breakdown on the Internet. He wrote, "I promised my girlfriend to have dinner together that day, and she didn’t bring the key." At that time, preparing for the launch of new projects needed joint debugging, and my colleagues were still waiting for me, so I was excited for a while. "

The young man also attributed everything to himself, and further explained that "my girlfriend didn’t do anything wrong, because she had been waiting for me for twenty minutes, so I was particularly anxious." "I was afraid of being seen by the boss, but the boss had already seen it. He didn’t blame me, but invited me to drink after work that day, saying that the pressure should not be so great, and I should rest when I have a rest." "I thank the traffic police for their help. I’m sorry for the trouble."

Between the lines, the young man is expressing his apologies and thanks to everyone involved. The doctor believes that the young man need not blame himself too much, because many people will encounter the reasons that induce his emotional collapse.

Hu Jianbo, Deputy Director of Mental Health Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine"When several things happen at the same time and a choice must be made, we will be in an anxious state, so that when he encounters an emergency, he will suddenly blow his original cognition or this decision to a state of emotional collapse."

At the same time, Dr. Hu pointed out that at the turn of spring and summer, people’s emotions are easily affected by endocrine and metabolic changes. It is very important to accept, release and re-recognize negative emotions when the pressure is too great and the mood is unstable.

Fu Chaogang, a traffic policeman in Hangzhou, has been quietly paying attention to the young man’s condition after the incident. Until he saw the young man’s post, his hanging heart was finally put down. Fu Chaogang wrote in his circle of friends, "I see that you are very good and strong, and your boss is also very good. I hope you can grow up. The whole Weibo is comforting you, including me. Live a good life, treat your loved ones well and work hard. Compare your heart. "

Fu Chaogang, police officer of Hangzhou Traffic Police Culture and Education Squadron: "I hope that through so many people caring for him and comforting him, he can feel the warmth of this society, and there is nothing he can’t pass."

Hepatitis B vaccine is not lifelong immunization. Please keep this vaccination guide.

Original Jiulu Medical Digestive Liver Disease Channel was included in the collection # World Hepatitis Day 4 # Hepatitis B 3 # Hepatitis B Vaccine 1.

For medical professionals’ reference only.

Actively vaccinate against hepatitis B and eliminate hepatitis B at an early date.

China is a country with high prevalence of hepatitis B infection. It is estimated that there are about 70 million people infected with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV), including 20-30 million patients with chronic hepatitis B.

Since hepatitis B was included in the planned immunization management in China in 2002, the survey in 2014 showed that the number of hepatitis B carriers among children under 5 years old dropped to 0.32%, which means that more than 80 million children have been protected from hepatitis B infection since the implementation of hepatitis B vaccine. So who needs hepatitis B vaccine? How long does the protection last? Do you want to replant?

On July 28th, World Hepatitis Day, the "medical community" invited Professor Jiang Yongfang, member of the Infectious Diseases Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and director of the Infectious Diseases Department of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, to make a detailed interpretation of hepatitis B vaccination according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B (2019) (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines").

Hepatitis B vaccine is the most effective way to prevent HBV infection.

"Hepatitis B vaccine mainly reduces or avoids hepatitis B infection by producing effective hepatitis B surface antibodies after inoculation. However, with the extension of time, the protection of hepatitis B surface antibodies will also decrease. " Director Jiang introduced.

Different people are vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine, and the precautions are different. For high-risk groups, such as medical personnel, people engaged in food processing, and people whose immediate family members are infected with hepatitis B, they should be vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine and tested for hepatitis B surface antibodies for 3-5 years. Director Jiang said: "For patients whose titer of hepatitis B surface antibody is less than 100, they should be strengthened or re-vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine."

For ordinary people who are vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine, they should also be tested for hepatitis B surface antibody for 5-10 years. If the hepatitis B surface antibody decreases, they should also be strengthened or re-vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine.

Director Jiang also mentioned, "In recent years, great changes have taken place in hepatitis B vaccine in China, from inactivated/attenuated vaccine in 1970s to gene recombination vaccines now. Compared with inactivated/attenuated vaccine, the side effects of gene recombination vaccines are relatively few, and for most people, hepatitis B vaccine has no absolute contraindication. However, patients who are allergic to vaccines during the period of cold and fever should choose not to be vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine.

"China has a large population base and a large number of hepatitis B vaccinations. We are very experienced in the quality and efficiency of hepatitis B vaccination and have strong safety. In general, hepatitis B vaccine is a key measure to reduce hepatitis B infection. " Director Jiang stressed.

Hepatitis B vaccination targets are mainly newborns.

The sooner you get the hepatitis B vaccine, the better. The guideline suggests that the target of hepatitis B vaccination is mainly newborns, followed by infants, uninmunized people under the age of 15 and high-risk people. Hepatitis B vaccine needs to be inoculated with 3 shots in the whole process, that is, according to the procedures of 0, 1 and 6 months, after the first shot, the second and third shots are inoculated at 1 month and 6 months.

The guideline also added the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin as soon as possible within 12 hours of birth for premature infants and low-birth-weight infants born to mothers with unknown HBsAg. After one month of age, complete hepatitis B vaccine immunization according to the procedures of 0, 1 and 6 months.

Director Jiang emphasized: "The purpose of this is to reduce the infection risk of premature infants and low-energy infants when the mother’s infection is unknown."

Improve the success rate of mother-to-child blocking

Hepatitis B is mainly transmitted through mother-to-child, blood and sex. Before the implementation of neonatal hepatitis B vaccine immunization program in China, HBV was mainly transmitted from mother to child. Newborns with HBsAg positive mothers should be vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin within 12 hours of birth for mother-to-child blocking. At present, the success rate of mother-to-child blocking has reached more than 95%, but 5% of children still fail to block mother-to-child.

Director Jiang explained: "The failure of mother-to-child blocking is mainly related to the following three points. First: the mother’s hepatitis B virus load is very high; Second, the mother is positive for HBsAg and E antigen; Third: the vaccination is not standardized, parents do not pay attention to it, and the second and third doses of hepatitis B vaccine are not vaccinated in time. "

For newborns who have failed mother-to-child vaccination, the hepatitis B vaccination should be completed again according to the procedures of 0, 1 and 6 months, and the hepatitis B surface antibody of the children should be monitored after 1-2 months. If no antibody is produced, the success rate should be improved by increasing the number and dosage of vaccination.

In addition, Director Jiang also introduced: "With the progress of the times, there are better ways to block mother and child. The’ Zero Mother-to-Child Transmission Project of Hepatitis B’ was launched in China, and even Hunan Province joined the plan. Improving the mother-to-child blocking rate can also monitor the HBV-DNA titer at the 24th week of pregnancy. When the HBV-DNA titer is greater than 105UI/mL, the pregnant mother will be given antiviral treatment, and then the newborn will be given hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immunoglobulin vaccination plan. Common antiviral drugs are tenofovir, entecavir and lamivudine. Among them, tenofovir can be used not only during pregnancy, but also during lactation. "

On July 28th, World Hepatitis Day, a message to hepatitis B patients.

(Click on the video to view)

Viral hepatitis includes hepatitis A, B, C, D and E. Hepatitis C is curable, and hepatitis B is also controllable, preventable and treatable.

For the majority of patients with hepatitis B, once they find themselves infected with HBV, they should go to the hospital for regular examination and make standardized diagnosis and treatment under the guidance of doctors.

For patients with hepatitis B infection in their immediate family members, they should also go to the hospital actively to prevent aggregation transmission and get diagnosis and treatment in time.

For ordinary people, they should actively go to the hospital for examination, and actively replant or inoculate hepatitis B vaccine when there is no hepatitis B surface antibody or the hepatitis B surface antibody is low.

For medical staff, we should increase publicity, not only for patients, but also for doctors in non-infectious departments and non-hepatology departments, deepen the awareness of people with viral hepatitis and actively treat viral hepatitis.

Only with the joint efforts of all, can we achieve the goal of eliminating viral hepatitis in 2030 proposed by the World Health Organization.

Help Guangdong implement the important strategic deployment of the CPC Central Committee.

Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is an inevitable requirement to solve the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced development. It is the inheritance and development of a series of principles and policies of our party’s work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and it is the general starting point for Socialism with Chinese characteristics to do a good job in the work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the new era.

Born in agriculture, coupled with years of deep cultivation in the Ministry of Agriculture, Ye Zhenqin has a profound understanding of the rural revitalization strategy. On December 18th, 2017, Ye Zhenqin published a signed article in the study times sponsored by the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, saying that the rural revitalization strategy is a "trinity" systematic project of agricultural and rural farmers, which needs the joint efforts of the central and local governments and the broad masses of farmers. It is necessary to adapt to the needs of rural revitalization and development, speed up the transformation of working methods, pay more attention to planning work from the perspective of overall rural development, design policies from the perspective of urban-rural integration, and plan agricultural development from the perspective of promoting rural industries.

He believes that to implement the rural revitalization strategy, the current focus is to strengthen the construction of agricultural production capacity, do a good job in rural reform, promote the development of rural industries, promote the green development of agriculture and the improvement of rural environment, and promote the education of farmers and the cultivation of rural talents.

As the forefront of China’s reform and opening up, Guangdong also needs to play a leading role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and play a vanguard role in the construction of new countryside. The arrival of Ye Zhenqin will undoubtedly help Guangdong’s rural revitalization work.

Adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way was established by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as an important part of adhering to and developing Socialism with Chinese characteristics’s basic strategy in the new era, which made a comprehensive arrangement for deepening the practice of governing the country according to law and provided a fundamental follow-up for building a socialist country ruled by law.

To govern the country according to law in an all-round way, we must adhere to scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair justice, law-abiding by the whole people and governing the party according to regulations. Lin Yiying and Wang Bo, as veterans of the legislative and judicial fronts respectively, have profound attainments in the theory and practice of governing the country according to law in an all-round way.

Lin Yiying once wrote the book "China’s Procuratorial System: Development, Changes and Challenges: From the Perspective of Procuratorial Power", systematically researched and summarized the historical changes and development laws of China’s procuratorial system, and compared the similarities and differences between China’s current procuratorial system and those of other countries and regions; This paper analyzes and summarizes the challenges faced by the procuratorial system, puts forward constructive suggestions for the reform of judicial system, especially the reform of procuratorial mechanism, and puts forward a series of opinions after rational thinking on the establishment, operation and supervision and restriction of procuratorial power. In 2013, Lin Yiying won the title of the third batch of "National Procuratorial Experts", and her professional level was fully recognized by the state.

In recent years, Fujian has vigorously promoted judicial reform. On January 2, 2017, the "two highs" joint inspection team conducted inspections on the promotion of judicial reform in Fujian, and the inspection team fully affirmed the achievements made in the reform of Fujian’s judicial system. As an important leading cadre in Fujian’s procuratorial system, Lin Yiying must have contributed a lot to the judicial reform in Fujian.

During his tenure in the Legislative Affairs Committee of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress, Wang Bo has accumulated rich legislative experience and participated in the drafting of the Regulations on China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone. On November 3, 2017, Wang Bo said at the general party membership meeting of the Party branch of the Law Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress that as legislators, we should make efforts to promote scientific legislation, democratic legislation and legislation according to law, promote development and guarantee good governance with good laws on the premise of comprehensively studying and profoundly understanding the spirit of the 19th Party Congress and combining the reality of legislative work. Following the footsteps of China tourists, Alipay’s life story under "globalization"

Text/Ma Huazhan Pang Qianying Lu Chuan

Guo Jinyu Ji Xinyu Chu Caixia

If you can see the details of life on earth from space, then follow the footsteps of domestic tourists. Where there are tourists from China, there are mobile payment QR codes from China. Therefore, mobile payment, along with high-speed rail and online shopping in bike-sharing, has become the new four great inventions.

For foreign businessmen, it is a new business opportunity and the most important source of income growth for China tourists to go global. In order to serve China tourists well, they recruited Chinese-speaking employees and posted Chinese signs. Now they have access to Alipay, which is familiar in China. Just because they caught Alipay, they caught Chinese’s wallet.

Today, Alipay’s blue logo can be seen on the "Little Yellow Car" in new york, at the intersection of Champs Elysé es, in Australian pharmacies and coffee factories in Thailand.

It is not difficult to imagine that in the near future, China tourists will be able to pay unimpeded wherever they go in the world. In the end, how does this mobile wave change people’s consumption patterns of outbound travel, and what interesting stories do they have when they use Alipay overseas?

We interviewed more than a dozen users who used Alipay overseas to understand the popularity of Alipay in the local area, and outlined the global map of Alipay with details.

Asia chapter

Alipay has become synonymous with convenience and preferential treatment.

Japan

With the appreciation of RMB, Alipay can save more money.

Mr. Lu is an executive of a health care company. During the May Day holiday this year, he and his wife went to Japan for a holiday. In eight days, Mr. Lu accidentally "developed" a new game with Alipay.

"Where there are a lot of tourists in China, you will have the opportunity to use China’s QR code to pay." Mr. Lu concluded. After arriving in Japan, Mr. Lu found that there are many places where China Mobile can pay in Kyoto, mainly in local restaurants and department stores. For example, in HelloKitty’s handwritten letter shop, you can see the familiar word "Zhi" in white on a blue background.

In Osaka City, where the urbanization process is faster, Mr. Lu said: "Basically, you can see the promotion of Alipay." As a business person, Mr. Lu quickly summed up the rules. "Mainly distributed in shopping, such as drugstores, department stores and 24-hour duty-free shops frequented by China tourists, such as BicCamera and Don Quixote."

The shops that Mr. Lu has been to are basically tax-free. In order to encourage tourists to "buy in buy buy", savvy Japanese merchants adopt the strategy that the more they spend, the greater the discount. For example, if they buy more than 5,000 yen, they will be tax-free, and if they buy more than 30,000 yen, they will get a 5% discount, and if they buy more than 50,000 yen, they will get a 7% discount. "These offers are very powerful when they are superimposed. For example, we buy something of around 32,000 yen at a drug store, which is about 29,000 yen after discount, which is one or two hundred yuan cheaper."

The more you buy, the greater the discount, which makes Mr. and Mrs. Lu develop a "new game"-friends circle spelling. When he saw that the purchased items were not enough to meet the preferential conditions, he asked his friends in the circle of friends whether they needed to purchase. "I got a timely response from my friends." Mr. Lu found this experience very interesting.

This interactive mode of "people are abroad and their hearts are in a circle of friends" has made Mr. Lu gain an interesting thing. He took a photo of a local snack bar in Japan and sent it to a circle of friends. A small detail was discovered by friends-Alipay’s propaganda flag was hung outside the store. The friend spoke decisively: "This place was occupied by Chinese again."

background information

Alipay supports settlement in 27 currencies.

At present, Alipay has reached cooperation with more than 50 financial institutions overseas, including Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and Italian Yuxin Bank. At the same time, Alipay has supported settlement in 27 currencies, including US dollar, Euro, British pound, Japanese yen, Hong Kong dollar, Canadian dollar and Australian dollar.

Hong Kong

Transform Watsons into an "unmanned supermarket"

Xiao Wu, a tourist expert, went to Hong Kong again during the May Day holiday. As a person who loves travel and food, he will take photos as a souvenir wherever Xiaowu’s footprints arrive, compare and think deeply about the local culture, and then write down his travel experiences and strategies.

Xiao Wu has long been used to mobile payment. Usually, he is "almost a mobile phone going all over the world" in China. In his words, he "hasn’t touched the corner of cash for a long time". On this trip, he found that "Hong Kong, a shopping paradise, can’t do without it". Well, it refers to two-dimensional code payment.

As soon as he passed the Octopus Recharge Center of MTR at the entry and exit, Xiaowu was pleasantly surprised to find Alipay. Originally, Octopus supported domestic QR codes to pay for recharge and purchase tickets. "Octopus is one of the most convenient means of payment in Hong Kong, covering almost all living facilities, subway buses and supermarkets." Xiao Wu said that he added why it is one of them, because domestic QR code payment has suddenly and naturally entered the daily life of Hong Kong residents in China.

Xiaowu counted with his fingers, and almost all supermarkets in Hong Kong, such as Watsons, Wanning, 7-eleven convenience stores and Baijia Supermarket, covered the QR code payment function. "The words’ Alipay Tour Hong Kong’ are displayed in a conspicuous position."

Of course, shopping is indispensable in Hong Kong. Xiaowu soon found that shopping discounts paid by QR codes are also popular in Hong Kong. For example, at the immigration department, he found that Alipay had made some preferential packages with the merchants. According to the photos he recorded, there was a "10% discount on all GNC products when shopping with Alipay". In Watson’s store, Xiaowu was pleasantly surprised to find that Alipay mainland users scanned the code to receive Wanning gift packages in 50 yuan. "This is simply an act of giving money." Xiao Wu said.

As a tourist, Xiao Wu can also notice some small new changes in some cities. This time, he found that "the cooperation between Watsons and Alipay has one more interesting thing".

Visitors can pay directly with Alipay scan code after Watsons purchases the goods, and then take the goods away. "The whole process is self-help and zero service, but the experience is quite friendly." Xiao Wu said that this is actually a popular "unmanned supermarket" in some big cities in Europe, America and China, which was quietly staged in Watsons. "It simply raises the convenience to the limit." Xiao Wu commented.

Accustomed to every place, I will summarize the local travel strategy. Xiaowu’s experience this time is that "before going through the customs, I went to the bank to exchange Hong Kong dollar bills, and even after passing through the customs, I can omit all these behaviors." Because he checked the exchange rate of the public members on Alipay APP at that time after payment, the exchange rate at that time was 0.806656 against RMB, which he thought was "quite reasonable and competitive".

Xiaowu is also curious about whether Hong Kong citizens are used to the QR code payment method. After meeting with local friends, friends gave him feedback: "The payment method experience is very good, and the application scenarios are very rich. We are slowly accepting it, and more and more people use it." "I think this is also an extension of the’ Hong Kong Spirit’. It is tolerant and receptive to new things and insists on pursuing all convenient and beautiful things." Xiao Wu said.

background information

Ten thousand merchants in Hong Kong support Alipay.

At present, more than 10,000 merchants in China and Hongkong accept Alipay payment, covering pharmacies, convenience stores, electrical appliances stores, duty-free shops, restaurants, beauty salons, handwritten letters, jewelry, department stores and tourist attractions including two theme amusement parks. Now in Greater Bay Area, mainland users can go shopping, eat, play, take a taxi and take the subway as long as they bring their mobile phones.

Southeast Asia

Get a bunch of coins back? Alipay knows about it

Southeast Asia is one of the most popular tourist destinations for tourists. In the past "May Day" Golden Week, many China tourists chose to spend their holidays in Southeast Asia with clear water and sand.

Miss Chen has been to Thailand for the second time. She stayed in Thailand for two months last year and spent seven days in Thailand this year. Miss Chen said that in Thailand, large shopping malls and most convenience stores can support domestic mobile payment software, and she even found that taxis can be carried out through Alipay. "Convenience stores will have discounts after full consumption. boots, a drug store in Thailand, has a 15% discount directly, and you can get a tax refund after a certain amount." Miss Chen said.

Mr. Zhang also spent a week in Chiang Mai during the May Day holiday. He found that local convenience stores, supermarkets and massage shops can all use domestic QR codes to pay. This discovery is not unusual. It is reported that Alipay has covered the consumption scenes of major China tourists in Thailand, such as airports, department stores, duty-free shops and convenience stores. Last year, Alipay even made further in-depth coverage of Thailand’s long tail consumption scenes such as night markets and food stalls.

Nowadays, when traveling in Thailand, China tourists can enjoy eating, drinking, and having fun with their mobile phones. When you go out, you can use Alipay to hit UBER and Grab. Everyone’s favorite shopping places are King Power Duty Free Shop, Shangtai Department Store, Zen Department Store, SiamParagon Palace, NaRaYa, Boots, and Tao KaeNoi. You can also use Alipay. 7-11 in Thailand and Family- mart in most areas where tourists are concentrated can basically use Alipay.

What makes people laugh is that Miss Chen said, "I know why international students will miss Father Ma." Originally, when shopping in a convenience store in Thailand, because there are many kinds of coins in Thailand and their denominations are low, you can often get seven or eight coins back by buying something casually, but using mobile payment can save these troubles.

In other parts of Southeast Asia, tourists from China also found the footprints of the mobile payment giants in China before them. When Miss Lan visited Kuala Lumpur recently, she found that local duty-free shops, shopping malls, airport shops and Chinese restaurants can all use Alipay. When using Alipay in big shopping malls, red envelopes ranging from 6 to 8 yuan will be cashed back.

This is because at present, nearly 6,400 merchants in Malaysia, including Dr Group, the largest duty-free shop in Malaysia, and Sunway Water Park, the largest amusement park in Kuala Lumpur, have been connected to support Alipay, and mobile payment has fully covered the four major consumer markets of "eating, drinking and buying". China tourists only need to bring their passports and mobile phones to swim in Malaysia.

In addition, KiKi, who went on holiday in Bali during the May Day holiday, not only found that the local Chinese restaurants and settlements could support domestic QR code payment, but also supported Alipay in the local coffee workshops and latex workshops, even equipped with Chinese salespeople, just wanting to make China tourists buy big and special.

Miss Ai, who was on a business trip for three or four days during the May Day holiday, saw the China mobile payment giant in the duty-free shop at the airport when she left Ho Chi Minh City. Miss Ai said that local people prefer to use cash, and bank cards are not widely used. Due to the serious theft in Southeast Asia in the past few years, tourists in some supermarkets and cafes in Ho Chi Minh City prefer to use cash. "I saw it at the airport, but I was still a little surprised. It turns out that Alipay also has a layout in Vietnam." Miss Ai said.

Three Waterways for Alipay to "Go to Sea"

Since 2007, Alipay has started its global business. At present, Alipay and its overseas strategic partners have been providing mobile payment and inclusive finance services to more than 800 million users worldwide. Ant Financial hopes to bring mobile payment and digital inclusive finance services to more users around the world with technology from the "Belt and Road".

In the process of Alipay going global, it mainly devotes itself to providing three kinds of services for global merchants and consumers, including online payment channels, outbound payment for China tourists and overseas digital inclusive finance services.

Online payment channel means that Alipay opens online payment channels around the world by joining hands with global payment and financial institutions. Global consumers can complete payment in a localized way, whether on Chinese and foreign e-commerce platforms or overseas third-party e-commerce websites under the Alibaba ecosystem. At present, the service has covered more than 200 countries and regions, including more than a quarter of the Belt and Road countries. In the future, this service will also become an important support for eWTP.

China tourists’ outbound payment mainly focuses on providing China outbound tourists with mobile payment services that can directly pay RMB, and connecting users with neighboring businesses, scenic spots and travel services across language barriers, so that China users can enjoy the same convenient consumption experience overseas as in China. At present, this service has covered more than 40 countries and regions overseas.

Overseas digital inclusive finance service is mainly a mobile payment wallet created by Alipay and strategic partners for overseas users, and it has been provided in 8 countries and regions. Based on the successful experience of mobile payment services, products and technologies explored in China, Alipay cooperates with local leading foreign enterprises in the form of strategic cooperation and technical empowerment to jointly provide mobile payment and inclusive finance services for local consumers and merchants.

At present, Alipay has helped overseas partners to build eight e-wallets, including Paytm in India, GCash in the Philippines, TrueMoney in Thailand, Kakao Pay in Korea, DANA in Indonesia and Touch‘n Go Digital in Malaysia, so that local people can use mobile payment more conveniently and feel the convenience of life brought by the local version of Alipay. It is worth mentioning that these local wallets are mainly located in countries and regions along the "Belt and Road".
