　　As one of the main producing areas of grain, vegetables, edible fungi, fruits, livestock and poultry in Guangdong Province, Shaoguan has become an important supplier of high-quality agricultural products in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with the highlight of agricultural development of "large quantity and high quality". In recent years, the edible fungus industry has become one of the dominant and characteristic industries in Shaoguan. qujiang district, Shaoguan City actively exerts the advantages of building a provincial-level modern agricultural industrial park for edible fungi, leading the industry and promoting income through industry. At present, the annual output of edible fungi exceeds 35,000 tons, with an annual output value exceeding 1.84 billion yuan. The planting scale and output of main varieties account for 60% of the market share in the province, and the edible fungus products of related enterprises sell well in Southeast Asia.

The procurement and trading center will integrate agricultural products trading, cold chain storage, logistics and distribution, production and processing, e-commerce, supply chain finance, customs inspection and international trade declaration, so as to promote the continuous growth of the scale and benefits of Shaoguan edible fungi and other industries, accelerate the brand building of "Good Beauty and Shaonong" and enhance the international competitiveness and influence of Shaoguan agricultural products.

　　At the meeting, Shaoguan Prefabricated Vegetable Industry Alliance was formally established. It is reported that under the leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, Shaoguan took the lead in issuing the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the High-quality Development of the Prefabricated Vegetable Industry in Shaoguan, making every effort to build a whole industrial chain development model of "modern agriculture+gourmet culture+leisure tourism", striving to promote entrepreneurship and employment, consumption upgrading and rural industry revitalization through prefabricated vegetables, and building Shaoguan Qujiang into the capital of China’s edible mushroom prepared vegetables, research and development, production, e-commerce and export.
